2. The main shaft is powered by a servo motor with a power of 5.5/7.5Kw and a maximum speed of 24000rpm.
3. It adopts Taiwan imported Shangyin double nut preloaded C3 grade ball screw and heavy-duty precision rolling linear guide rail. The two ends of the screw adopt pre-stretching mechanism, which greatly eliminates the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool. The positioning accuracy of the machine tool reaches ± 0.005mm, repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm.
4. The imported German tool magazine has a capacity of 20 optional, the tool change is accurate and reliable, and the fastest tool change time is less than 2 seconds.

Structural

1. The bed-type machining center structure is adopted. The machine tool is composed of a base, a sliding seat, a worktable, a column, and a spindle box; the main basic parts have been analyzed by finite element structure, and the structure is reasonable and the rigidity is large.

2. The high-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity spindle unit imported from Taiwan is adopted. The spindle material is made of high-performance alloy steel, and the P4 grade high-speed precision bearing dedicated to the NSK spindle is used, and the high-speed grease specified by NSK is used. The spindle speed reaches 12000rpm, and the spindle radial runout Less than 0.005/300. The spindle can realize the cooling method of water outlet from the center or the water outlet from the nose of the spindle. 3. The feed in X, Y, and Z directions adopts the precision ball screw with C3 double nut preload. The servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw through the imported elastic coupling with high torque and low inertia.
