CNC Machining Center

Classic CNC Machining Center

Classic’s CNC machining centers are highly automated computer-controlled machine tools that integrate multiple machining functions such as milling, drilling, and tapping, enabling one-stop machining of complex parts. Through computer programming, CNC machining centers can precisely cut workpieces, suitable for processing a variety of materials including metals, plastics, and wood. These machines are extensively used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, mold manufacturing, electronic devices, and medical equipment, making them vital equipment in the modern manufacturing sector.

Core Advantages:

  • Multifunctionality: Capable of performing various processes like milling, drilling, and tapping on a single device, enhancing production efficiency.
  • High Precision: Utilizes precise CNC systems to ensure high accuracy and repeatability in the machining process.
  • High Degree of Automation: Features like automatic tool changers and automatic feeding systems enable long periods of unattended operation.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Suitable for both single-piece, small-batch production, and large-volume production. Quick adaptation to different machining requirements by changing CNC programs.

Understanding that each customer’s needs are unique, Classic offers customized services to ensure our CNC machining centers fully meet the specific machining requirements of our clients. Whether vertical, horizontal, or 5-axis machining centers, Classic can provide solutions that match your production needs, offering the flexibility to adapt to various manufacturing scenarios and the capability to produce parts with complex geometries or precise specifications.

Vertical Machining Center

Vertical machining centers feature a vertically oriented spindle, with the workpiece positioned horizontally on the machine table. This layout is particularly suitable for machining parts like disks, plates, and casings, as they are easy to clamp and position. Vertical machining centers are widely used due to their ease of operation, good visibility, and broad machining capabilities.

Horizontal Machining Center

Horizontal machining centers have a horizontally oriented spindle, with the workpiece typically fixed on a rotary table through fixtures. This design enables efficient side machining, especially suitable for machining box-type parts. The structural design of horizontal machining centers facilitates chip removal and is suitable for heavy cutting work.

3 Axis CNC Machining Center

3-axis machining centers can control movements in the X (left-right), Y (front-back), and Z (up-down) directions, suitable for machining flat or simple curved parts. It is the most common type of CNC machining center and is widely used in various machining contexts.

4 Axis CNC Machining Center

4-axis machining centers add a rotational axis (A-axis or C-axis) to the three-axis base, allowing the workpiece to rotate during machining for multi-face machining. This type of machining center is suitable for complex parts that require drilling, milling, and other processes on multiple faces.

5 Axis CNC Machining Center

5-axis machining centers can control movements on three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotational axes (usually A-axis and B-axis), capable of processing complex spatial surfaces simultaneously. This makes five-axis machining centers capable of completing the precision machining of complex parts in a single setup, widely used in high-precision machining fields such as aviation and automotive molds.

Gantry Machining Center

Gantry machining centers are named for their unique "gantry" structure, with the spindle suspended between two columns, and the worktable moving below. This design offers great rigidity and stability, especially suitable for machining large or heavy workpieces, such as ship components and large molds. Gantry machining centers are extensively used in heavy industries and large part machining due to their high rigidity, large machining range, and good machining accuracy.
